Comrades, it is 2 o'clock. I start by welcoming back Kenny Gibson, who was on the committee at the beginning. It is good to see you back. I also take the opportunity to record officially my thanks to Tricia Marwick for the work that she has done in her time on the Local Government Committee. Welcome back, Kenny.
