Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 (SSI 2008/410)

The main purpose of the meeting is to deal with our stage 1 report on the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Bill. As is standard practice, we will discuss that item in private.
Agenda item 1 is consideration of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 (SSI 2008/410), which is a negative instrument. The Subordinate Legislation Committee had no points to raise with this committee on the regulations, no members of this committee have raised any points, and no motion to annul has been lodged.
If members have no comments, do we agree not to make any recommendation in relation to the regulations?
