Various matters were raised regarding defective drafting in the regulations, which has been acknowledged. The substantive points related to European convention on human rights issues, which have been clarified. We will draw that to the attention of the lead committee and provide the explanation. The matter is complicated and I am happy to accept the Executive's views as I am unsure about it. We will see how matters develop.
