Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 19th meeting in 2013 of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee. I remind everyone to switch off mobile devices, because they interfere with the broadcasting system.

Item 1 on the agenda is to ask members whether they are content to take item 3 in private, and to consider in private at subsequent meetings a draft report on the draft Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

Murdo Fraser, our convener, offers an apology because he is running slightly late. He will take over the convening of the meeting on his arrival.
