Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Court Rules) (Miscellaneous Amendments) 2008 <br />(SSI 2008/223)

The committee agreed that no points arose on the instrument.

We should note from the annex to the summary of recommendations that minor points arise on SSI 2008/204, SSI 2008/206, SSI 2008/216, SSI 2008/219, SSI 2008/221, SSI 2008/222, and SSI 2008/223. We will raise those minor points informally with the Scottish Government.

I am afraid that that takes us to the end of the meeting. We will meet again next Tuesday 17 June—

Did we do SSI 2008/235? I did not hear you mention it, convener.

I do not see it.

It is at the end of the list of instruments with minor points arising.

That is correct. We note that minor points arise on SSI 2008/235. Thank you for picking that up.

We will meet again next week at 2.15. There will be a lot of instruments to consider; we think that there might be 20 or more. Hopefully, we will also get the Government's response to our inquiry report—we have been assured that it will come to the clerks towards the end of this week. We look forward to that.
