Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 19th meeting in 2013 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones and devices, because they affect the broadcasting system, although some committee members will consult their tablets because they have their papers in digital format.

We have apologies this morning from Jim Eadie, so I welcome his substitute, Gil Paterson.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take business in private. I seek the committee’s agreement to take in private agenda item 3, under which the committee will consider its approach to the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Bill. Do members agree?
