Good morning everybody. Welcome to the third meeting of the Justice and Home Affairs Committee. Because of the difficulties with space in this room, we have reserved seats for the people who are coming to talk to the committee. We have only two hours this morning, so I do not intend to break the meeting halfway through, as happened at last week's meeting.
