Decision on Taking Business in Private

I was going to say good morning, but it is afternoon now. I welcome the Minister for Culture and External Affairs and thank everyone for making the effort to get in today. It has been quite horrendous, but we have made it. We are not taking evidence from witnesses today, but we have questions for the minister. I have apologies from Frank McAveety, Bill Wilson and Patricia Ferguson.

Our first agenda item is a decision on taking item 5 in private. Is that agreed?
