Scottish Road Works Register (Prescribed Fees) Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/8)

Agenda item 3 is consideration of a negative instrument on the Scottish road works register, as linked to on the agenda. The regulations exercise powers to prescribe the fees that are payable by local authorities in relation to the register for the financial year 2013-14. The committee is invited to consider any issues that it wishes to raise in reporting to the Parliament on the regulations. No motions to annul have been received in relation to the regulations.
