Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Public Petitions Committee's third meeting in 2007. I have received a few apologies. Sandra White is at the Equal Opportunities Committee and Rob Gibson, whom I welcome, is here as her substitute. John Farquhar Munro has submitted apologies, as has Helen Eadie, who might not be able to make it as she is stuck in traffic. Jackie Baillie and Charlie Gordon phoned me as I was coming here to say that they were stuck on a train, so it is obvious that problems are being experienced in travelling to Edinburgh.
