Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the ninth meeting in 2011 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. Members and the public should turn off mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as leaving them in flight mode or silent mode will affect the broadcasting system. We have received no apologies from members.

Agenda item 1 is for members to make a decision on taking business in private. I seek the committee’s agreement to take agenda item 5 in private. Are we agreed?
