I welcome committee members and all those present to the 11th meeting in 2015 of the Devolution (Further Powers) Committee.
Agenda item 1 is to consider whether to take in private item 2, which is consideration of an approach paper on the Scottish Elections (Reduction of Voting Age) Bill. Do members agree to do that?
