Wester Ross Marine Conservation Order 2015 (SSI 2015/302)
The instrument was laid before the Parliament on 17 August 2015 and came into force on 18 August 2015. The requirement to leave a minimum of 28 days between laying and coming into force has therefore not been complied with. It was brought into force urgently, due to a breach of the voluntary management arrangement for the Wester Ross marine protected area.
