Witness Expenses

Item 4 is a request for the committee to consider delegating to me the responsibility, under rule 12.4.3 of the standing orders, for arranging for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay any witness expenses that may arise during our consideration of the bill. Is that agreed?
