Good morning, and welcome to the fifth meeting of the Transport Committee in 2026. We have received apologies from Zen Ghani. I welcome Martyn Day, who is attending as Zen’s substitute. As this is Martyn’s first appearance at the Transport Committee, our first item of business is to invite him to declare any relevant interests.
