Good morning and welcome to this meeting of the Standards Committee. This morning, we will be considering a report from the acting standards commissioner concerning a complaint against Kenny MacAskill and Tricia Marwick. The procedure that we will follow will require the committee to move in and out of public and private session. I ask members of the public and press to be patient when that occurs.

Our first item of business is to consider how we will take item 3 on the agenda. As that is the committee's continued consideration of the commissioner's report, I propose that that item be taken in private. Is that agreed?
