Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 15th meeting this year of the Standards Committee. We have received apologies from Lord James Douglas-Hamilton and from Kay Ullrich, who is unwell. I extend a warm welcome to Mike Russell, who attends in Kay Ullrich's place as a committee substitute. I invite him to declare any relevant interests.
