Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 13th meeting in 2015 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. As usual, I remind everyone to switch off mobile phones, as they might affect the broadcasting system.

We have received apologies from Patricia Ferguson and Dave Thompson. I welcome Mark Griffin, who is substituting for Patricia Ferguson.

Under agenda item 1, I ask the committee to agree to take item 3 in private. Item 3 is consideration of the evidence that we are about to take on consolidation bills. Do we agree to do so?
