Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the sixth meeting in 2017 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. I remind everyone to switch electronic devices to silent.

Under item 1, the committee is asked to agree to take item 6 in private. That item is consideration of a complaint report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

Thank you very much. Under item 2, the committee is asked to decide to consider in private at a future meeting the commissioner’s report and the committee’s draft report on the complaint. Is that agreed?
