Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (SSI 2004/13)
There are issues in relation to the existence of two types of licence, and to whether the term "licence" as used in paragraph 9 of schedule 1 refers to both types of licence. We will ask for clarification on that. No other points arise.
