I have only minor points to raise on these instruments, so I shall go quickly through them. No points at all have been raised on the Bail Conditions (Methods of Monitoring Compliance and Specification of Devices) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/7) or on the Restriction of Liberty Order (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/8). Minor points have been raised on the Mental Health (Recall or Variation of Removal Order) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/11) and the Mental Health (Form of Documents) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/12), and we can deal with the Executive informally on those points.
