The first item on the agenda is delegated powers scrutiny. We have a response from the Executive to the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Bill, as amended at stage 2. We note that the Executive has accepted that the procedure for making instruments should be made by order in council. We can be grateful that it has taken that on board.
