Agenda item 2 is consideration of a response from the Executive on the draft Town and Country Planning (Electronic Communications) (Scotland) Order 2004. Members will recall that we queried the drafting of articles 7(2) and 8(2). As the legal advisers suggest, we will draw the attention of the lead committee and of Parliament to what we believe to be defective drafting in those two articles. Is that agreed?
