I welcome members to the 35th meeting in 2006 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. I have not received any apologies, so I dare say the rest of the members will be appearing. Before we come to agenda item 1, I should mention that members should have among their papers the response from the Executive to issues that we raised last week about the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Bill, as amended at stage 2.
