Interests

I welcome members to the eighth meeting in 2006 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. I have received apologies from Gordon Jackson. I remind members to switch off all mobile phones and to insert their cards in the microphone consoles.

The first item is a declaration of interests. I welcome Jamie Stone to his first meeting and invite him to declare any interests.
