Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 <br />(SSI 2004/406)

Three technical points arise on the regulations. We asked for explanations and pointed out drafting issues. Most points have been acknowledged by the Executive and I suggest that we simply pass those comments on to the lead committee. Is that agreed?
