Food Labelling Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2005 (SSI 2005/222)
We move to agenda item 3. In its response to the point that we raised about the regulations, the Executive acknowledges that the reference should simply refer to "these regulations". As members will recall from last week, we raised that as inconsistent drafting. The Executive has undertaken to revisit the provision at the next legislative opportunity. I suggest that we highlight the defective drafting to the lead committee. Is that agreed?
