Agenda item 2 is the selection of a deputy convener. I refer members to paper 2, which provides background information relating to the process. The Parliament has agreed that only members of the Reform UK party are eligible for nomination as deputy convener of the committee, based on discussions between the parties and on the d’Hondt formula for election to this Parliament.
I understand that Thomas Kerr is the party’s nominee for the post. Can you confirm that, Mr Kerr?
