I welcome everyone to the 15th meeting in 2002 of the Social Justice Committee. We have received apologies from Robert Brown. I have received no other apologies.
I ask the committee to agree that item 3 be taken in private, as it concerns committee housekeeping issues, and that items 4 and 5 be taken in private, as they concern draft reports. Is that agreed?
