I welcome everyone to the third meeting of the Social Justice Committee in 2003. I ask members to agree that items 5 and 6 be taken in private. Item 5 is consideration of the draft report on the mandatory licensing of houses in multiple occupation and item 6 is consideration of the draft committee annual report. Are we agreed?
