The committee has discussed the contents of the letter that came back from the Scottish Government and has agreed to write back to the Scottish Government to thank it for its response to the committee’s letter, to seek clarification on some of the points and to stress that the committee expects to be alerted to any further matters that are likely to end up in the public domain at any time.
