Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 14th meeting in 2013 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. I ask all members and the public to turn off their mobile phones, BlackBerrys et cetera, please, as leaving them in flight mode or on silent will affect the broadcasting system.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking in private items 3 and 4, on regulatory reform and European Union legislation, respectively; the former item deals with an approach paper and the latter deals with legal advice. Do members agree to take those items in private?
