Agenda item 3 is our draft report on minor rule changes. This should be a relatively straightforward matter. These are simply tidying-up changes to standing orders, which we considered at our previous meeting. Before us are our draft report and the proposed standing order changes. I invite comments on pages 1 or 2 of the draft report. Do members agree to the recommendation that has been made?
