Agenda item 2 is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take in private item 6, under which the committee will consider the evidence heard under item 3, and item 7, on the terms of reference for an inquiry?
We agreed to take evidence on PE1367, on mosquito devices, from the Minister for Community Safety and Legal Affairs. The minister will be in at 10.30, so, with members’ permission, I will change the order of the agenda items so that we take item 4 first.
