Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Public Petitions Committee. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones and other electronic devices because they interfere with the sound equipment. Apologies have been received from John Wilson.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take an item of business in private. The committee is invited to agree that item 4, which is consideration of a work programme paper, be taken in private. Is that agreed?
