Sequestration (Compliance with Statutory Requirements) (PP1)

The Convener:

Our third item is consideration of proposed petitions. Members have already been briefed on these petitions, which we have been advised are inadmissible.

In PP1, the petitioner has submitted a proposal for a petition calling for an inquiry into compliance with statutory requirements regarding sequestration and heritable property vested in trustees. Are members agreed that the petition is inadmissible?

Members indicated agreement.


Justice 1 Committee (PP2)

The Convener:

In PP2, the petitioner has submitted a proposal for a petition calling for the disbandment of the Justice 1 Committee and the creation of a new committee. We need the committee to decide whether the petition is inadmissible. Are members agreed that the petition is inadmissible?
