A petition from Mrs Mary-Ann Cook, which called on the Scottish Parliament to instruct One 2 One to remove the mobile phone mast that is located on Broom Road in Kirkcaldy, Fife, is inadmissible. It is not possible for us to take the action that the petition requests. It is recommended that the petitioner be advised that the petition is inadmissible and that no further action be taken.
