Interests

I do not know whether to say, "Hi-de-hi" with that bell going off. I call to order the 13th meeting of the Public Petitions Committee in 2004. Linda Fabiani has sent her apologies as she cannot make it to the meeting this morning.

Item 1 is the declaration of interests. I welcome Rosie Kane to the committee; I hope she has a long stay and a good stay on the committee. I ask her whether she has any interests to declare.
