Good morning. Our first item of business is to decide whether to take item 4, which relates to unauthorised disclosures, in private, in keeping with the code of conduct. Are we all agreed?
As before, I would like to place on record my belief that all our business should be conducted in public.
We should make it clear that, in agreeing to take item 4 in private, we are acting in accordance with the Standards Committee's guidance on which matters it is acceptable to deal with in private.
Yes, that is what I pointed out. A decision to deal with the matter in private would be in keeping with the code of conduct.
