I open the third meeting in 2004 of the Local Government and Transport Committee. We have received apologies from Michael McMahon, who will be unable to attend today. Sylvia Jackson will attend, but she will arrive slightly late, because of other commitments.

Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether the committee agrees to discuss the draft report on the Antisocial Behaviour etc (Scotland) Bill in private later in the meeting. Do members agree to do that?

I register my usual opposition.
