Item in Private

I suggest that we take in private item 4, which is consideration of our draft annual report. It is our normal practice to take such items in private. Is that agreed?

I have read the report and, for the life of me, I cannot see anything that would justify taking it in private, so I oppose the suggestion.

Do other members agree to take the item in private?
