Decisions on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (John Finnie)

Feasgar math, a h-uile duine. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the third meeting in 2019 of the Justice Sub-Committee on Policing. We have received apologies from Liam McArthur MSP.

Agenda item 1 is decisions on taking business in private. Do members agree to take in private at today’s meeting, and at future meetings if required, consideration of our draft report on Police Scotland’s proposed use of digital device triage systems? Do members also agree to take in private agenda item 3, which is consideration of our work programme?

Members indicated agreement.

Many thanks.

13:00 Meeting continued in private until 14:26.
