I remind members to turn off mobile phones. I have not received any apologies, but I know that Scott Barrie will be late because his wee cat is not well.

His wee cat is not well, so he has a special dispensation to be late.
We are a bit tight for time because of business in the chamber. The latest that we are supposed to finish is 11.30 am, but we will try to finish sooner than that.
There is one matter under the convener's report. The Damages (Personal Injury) (Scotland) Order 2002 (SSI 2002/46) is likely to be referred to the committee. I propose that we deal with it on 6 March, which is the earliest opportunity.
