The committee is quorate, so I will open the meeting. I would like to start the morning's proceedings by saying a word on yesterday's events. Everyone is conscious of the devastation that hit New York and Washington yesterday and we will mark our solidarity this afternoon in Parliament. Our thoughts are with the people of Washington and New York.
