Good morning and welcome to the 11th meeting in 2005 of the Justice 1 Committee. First, I apologise for the late start. We had a number of late papers and I wanted to check that members have everything that they should have and understand everything that they should understand. I will say no more about that.

All members of the committee are in attendance, so there are no apologies.

To deal with item 1, I invite members to agree to take in private item 5, which is consideration of written evidence on the Family Law (Scotland) Bill. Is that agreed?
