Agenda item 2 concerns witness expenses in relation to consideration of the Criminal Proceedings etc (Reform) (Scotland) Bill. Do members agree to delegate to me as convener responsibility for arranging for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay any expenses to witnesses who apply for them?
