Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 12th meeting in 2012 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everybody to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys because they impact on the broadcasting system. We have received apologies from Gordon MacDonald; Sandra White is here as his substitute.

The first item on the agenda is a decision on taking business in private. I seek the agreement of the committee to take in private agenda items 7 and 8.
