Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the first meeting of the Health Committee since the recess. I have received no apologies. I welcome Bill Butler, who is the member in charge of the Health Board Elections (Scotland) Bill and who has been advised that our normal practice is to bring in the member in charge of the bill to ask questions after members of the committee have had a chance to ask theirs. I know that that can be a little frustrating, but it is our practice.
