We move on to subordinate legislation. We are dealing with two instruments that are subject to the negative procedure. The Subordinate Legislation Committee considered the instruments this morning and has no comment to make on them. I have received no comments from members and no motions to annul have been lodged. Do members agree that the committee does not wish to make any recommendation in relation to the instruments?
