We move on to item 2, which is subordinate legislation. The committee is asked to consider the order under the affirmative procedure. I welcome Lewis Macdonald, the Deputy Minister for Health and Community Care, who is accompanied by Chester Wood from the Food Standards Agency Scotland. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has considered the order and had no comment to make on it. Do members have points for clarification? Do you wish to debate the order?
